Helen is a Registered Physiotherapist passionate about improving the quality of life of the geriatric and neurological population. She graduated from the Masters of Physical therapy Program at the University of British Columbia in 2010 and has worked in both public and private practice. She was also the project manager for the Active Ageing pilot project in London, United Kingdom serving isolated seniors known to the London Ambulance Service. 

Helen has enhanced her knowledge and skills with balance and fall prevention courses, Parkinson Wellness Recovery (PWR!), Bonefit, Steady Feet and Bobath courses.  She also completed her Masters in Health Leadership and Policy in Senior Care in 2019.
